The Power is Yours
Performance is at the heart of each and every Crusader. The unique thrill of opening up on that high line. The quick and responsive phaseshift. Not to mention the legendary power above the hood and that howling roar belonging to the iconic Byrn Isolinear Confinement Engine.Own the Grid
The Bioneural Cluster is the first military-grade, active control actuator ever offered on a Byrn GSV. It’s easy to access, secure, fast and responsive. And, like everything else in the Crusader X, absolutely beautiful to experience.Own the Sky
Straight and narrow is fun for that open-throttle acceleration, but there’s nothing like the thrill of powering through a corner with awe-inspiring control afforded by a customised Tyrrell-Nage Inertial Deflector Inducer.Own the Legend
Sure, there are other GSVs on the market. But nothing else offers the unique combination of classic style, street-cred, and old-school V24 performance that you get with the Bryn Crusader. Whether it's the Alpha or Omega, the Crusader X has a heritage few other vehicles can match.Live the Future
Performance may already run in its veins, but it’s cutting-edge technology that’s taking the Crusader to a whole new level of sophistication. Confinement Array? Check. Passive Duotronic Polarization Accelerator? Check. Modular Dissipation Matrix, Duotronic Field System, Reserve Gravimetric Field Regulator... tomorrow's tech is yours today. The Crusader X - redefining GSVs.
This was a fun little build. Even though I started it... maybe in February this year, I only recently finished it. The body is, yes, a Mouse. I ripped out the innards and stuck an engine block from one of my boys broken toy cars. I cut some pipe up to create the side stabiliser nozzles (if that's what they are) and added just four greebles - two between each side nozzle and one on each front corner.
The build was pretty easy but the paint job caused me some headaches. I reckon I may have redone it 4 times. The second last time was probably the best - I had a great light-effect blue gradient thing going - I took it along to show some mates and they thought it was ace. The next day: a scratch on the duco! So I stripped it back (again!) and resprayed. It was a white, then black, then blue and finally black again. The engine block was simply two different silvers drybrushed on. The final touch was the transfer - thanks to some generous mates, I had a whole swag of transfers to choose from - I ended up going with the gold GWS Necron thing... gives it a nice cyber-feel.
I was going for a cross between a muscle car and something ultra futuristic. I think I nailed that brief. I think it's safe to say it may feature in a game or two in the future.
